🇲🇽 Mexico
Tacos, Maya ruins, colonial towns and two coastlines.
Mexico is enormous and endlessly varied. Mexico City alone could fill a trip: some of the best food in the world, Aztec ruins in the middle of downtown and neighborhoods like Roma and Condesa made for walking. From there, travelers head to Oaxaca for mezcal and mole, colonial towns like San Miguel de Allende and Puebla, or the beaches: the Caribbean side around Cancún, Playa del Carmen and Tulum, or the Pacific in Puerto Vallarta and Los Cabos.
Food is reason enough to go, and it changes completely from region to region. Spanish is the language, though English is common in the beach towns. Distances are big, so domestic flights save a lot of time.
